Daryl Dittmer

After a humble and often tumultuous beginning to his life, including addiction, dysfunction, and despair, Daryl Dittmer was confronted with a crossroads at the age of 19.
Now, having chosen a path of recovery, which has included taking risks, faith, losing, winning, success, and ultimately, freedom, Daryl has committed himself to helping others do the same, through his books, his interactions, and how he chooses to show up in this world, every day.
His books discuss the fight(s) we have with ourselves along the journey and how we can allow those fights to wane.
He lives in the mountains of North Georgia with his wife, Kristina, and their two labs, Dexter and Joker, writing, hiking, reading, learning, and growing.
